My brain just thought (dangerous) that I wonder do a lot of women get BPD diagnosis instead of autism or just trauma because we are likeable.
And autism is seen stereotypically as people who are anti social. But BPD is seen as charming 🙄

Telling someone their personality is disordered is highly offensive because it’s not fixed but it is part of them.
That so called disorder esp in women may have kept them alive. So it’s not a disorder. It’s survival

The cruellest staff to me over OT and SW were MH nurses. There was no moral injury in my Cmht as they were protected by their manager.
Just cruelty sprinkled in with stigma and poor training.

I had a case open with PHSO for over a year which they say they’ve extensively investigated. it got closed recently, with a wholly unsatisfactory response, which basically boils down to ‘she has EUPD’.
which sucks. even more so because I don’t have EUPD diagnosed 🤯 #TraumaNotPD

Did I just hear that?! 16:02, DfE "behaviour advisor" Tom Bennett says that kids acting in a way that he believes merits removal aren't exhibiting trauma, but (and I quote) "deep seated personality disorders". How does that sit against Nolan Principles, EA2010, SEND CoC etc?
This is what I keep saying about BPD. We are actually more likely to be abuse than be abusive but that doesn’t suit thd narrative of people that want to call people they don’t like a PD.

did y'all also know that often ASPD & NPD (much like BPD) caused by trauma & are intense coping methods as well . did you know that anyone can be lying & manipulative & actually ppl with cluster b disorders (again including NPD & ASPD) are more likely to BE abused than to abuse ?

We were much more able in the survivor movement to get traction on iatrogenic harm imho between 2010-2023 due to X. We forced professionals to begin to hear. #TraumaNotPD was massive between 2014 and then. Now there is a dramatic decline and that is deeply worrying with harm 📈.
Seems based on trauma.

The diagnosis of borderline personality disorder makes someone *more* vulnerable to abuse from professionals because it’s both a social marker that reduces credibility and a clinical frame that can be twisted to hide harm. This is a structural issue. #HumanNotPD #TraumaNotPD
