The true doctrine of prophets needs to be addressed rather than whining about the world!
Here are a few passages in the BoM that represent what it is like (the reception and my reaction to the reaction) to speak #TrueDoctrine in an average #LDS congregation. Especially if it is in response to a statement of blatantly false doctrine.
Showed this list to my wife, and Sunday/yesterday, we played a BINGO-like game to see who could spot the most iterations of these (woke) false doctrines!
We lost track! By and by, we all lose! #TrueDoctrine
Why is it that #LDS/#Mormons ignore this passage?
In plain English, so that we could not err, it says God gives us what we ask for.
This means we must know that just because God decrees, it is not automatically his will at work!

They obviously know and have testimonies in #TrueDoctrine. Yet they are not blinded by the progressive ideas that have infected the Church.

If you need to ask which of his writings are rejected, I suggest you have not read the NT but what CFM tells you to read.

You are probably the bigger negative in your children's life, not the Church!
The “Covenant Path” is giving 10% of your income to the church, receiving your endowment, marrying multiple women and having them sealed to you, then receiving your 2nd anointing which seals up your calling and election. Anything else is apostasy. #covenantpath #truedoctrine
@LDSMormon Teaching #TrueDoctrine is more important and more effectual than anything else we teach. And when we substitute the truth for messages that feel good or appeal to the masses (the world) we are not doing the Lord's work.
This means we need to contend for truth!
@KTMartin25 @JimboliciousC The issue is and always has been that Satan wants us to lose track of the #TrueDoctrine purpose of marriage. Not to have sex for physical pleasure and gratification-- that is very much always included in the messaging-- but to provide the means for others to experience mortality.
@wardpreacher I like this story a lot because the priests' attitude is the attitude of a lot of #LDS/#Mormon (and yes, some #DezNat) folks.
They all be like, why can't you just stick to the peasant scriptures that are like "all is well" and "how beautiful upon the mountains?"
