I’m glad @catturd2 called out Marjorie Taylor Greene. Her stock trading skills are starting to rival Nancy’s. She always has a convent excuse for how she is able to make these amazing trades just days before the government changes a policy that makes her millions.
Fox5 in Atlanta noticed just before President Trump paused the tariffs. She made a series of stock purchases ($315,000) and sold treasury bills just days before the policy shift. She claims her portfolio is managed by a “financial advisor.”
The Independent reported that April 8th she purchased stock in Palantir Technologies. On April 11th they were awarded a $30 million dollar contract with ICE. MTG is a member of the House Homeland Security Committee which oversees ICE. The stock at the time the article was published was up 142%!
Her statement;
“All of my investments are reported with full transparency. I refuse to hide my stock trades in a blind trust like many others do,” she added. “I learned about my Palantir trades when I saw it in the media.”
Must have been her “financial advisor” again! Sounds just like Nancy every time we catch her insider trading.
In a recent interview she stated that we shouldn’t be deporting illegals in the construction industry. Strange thing to hear from her considering she’s previously called sanctuary city policy “treason.” Like all politicians all you need to do is look a little deeper. She was/is (very difficult to confirm) the majority stock holder in Taylor Commercial Inc. a commercial CONSTRUCTION company! So she’s ok with bending the rules as long as it benefits her. I have to point out that she claims she is no longer involved in the business, apparently she stepped down in 2011. Information is very gray in this area, I will keep looking.

If you google MTG stock trades it’s amazing the amount of articles you find. She’s been making incredibly well timed trades for the last two years. This ability is remarkable really and the “financial advisor” she has running her investments is a true genius!
We elect people to represent us but all they do is represent themselves for the soul purpose of enriching themselves and their families!
In the same interview I mentioned earlier, Marjorie Taylor Greene stated she is breaking from the Republican Party’s traditional stance on Obama Care (ACA) by raising alarm over the potential doubling of health insurance premiums due to the expiration of enhanced ACA tax credits. She said that her own adult children's premiums and those of her constituents will be severely impacted if no action is taken, and criticizes fellow Republicans for not having a plan. She’s turned into a democrat pretending to be a conservative.
The excuses she gives are laughable. Her ability to make money based on her votes needs to be looked at.
It’s clear based on her recent interview that she is only looking out for her interests.
Why does this always seem to happen when we send people to DC the swamp consumes them……….
