we now know more details about the #JeffersonArms settlement reached by the @MidAmCarpenters & #Alterra. the #Carpenters received $350K from Alterra in 2022; the $450K balance was waived. reminder, Alterra secured roughly $135M in financing for the #JeffersonArms. 😬😡🤦🏻‍♂️

I wonder if #Alterra claimed the $450K written off by the @MidAmCarpenters as income on their 2022 corporate taxes? I bet #TurkishTrump “forgot” to claim the loan amount written off as income…a la #45…@IRSCI_StLouis @IRS_CI @FBIStLouis @USAO_EDMO
