@FinalBlow_Chi This is true. We sometimes need to let go to move forward. Maybe I just have zero will to do that anymore because I’ve already lost so much and that is my issue. #twittertherapy

This is probably not for everyone. Not everyone needs to read things like this. It’s too painful, but this is my way of coping with emotions.
I often think about words. For example, what does it mean to be “lucky”? Today, I learned a new meaning of this word.
He is a tall guy with blue eyes. Oh… those eyes – they are the kind you often see in children, pure and clear, untouched by evil. There is metal in his leg because it had to be rebuilt. He told me about what “lucky” means.
Lucky is when the ruzzians launched FPV drones at their positions, and there were reeds nearby where they could hide. Lucky is when he pulled out a grenade, not knowing if our guys would be able to evacuate him, and he was already wounded. He could hear voices very close – the voices of those we call orcs, bastards… there are no polite words for them. He didn’t want to surrender. He held that grenade, thinking that if they couldn’t get him out, he would blow himself up rather than fall into their hands.
Lucky is when the evacuation vehicle still managed to get there. Lucky is when there were enough tourniquets, and they could carry out the guy with shattered hip joints.
He is no more than thirty, thirty-five at most. His eyes are like those of a fisherman – deep, calm, filled with a mix of pain, pride, and something unbreakable. And he says to me:
— You know, I’m crazy. I will definitely go back. My brothers-in-arms are there.
And I think again about pain. I don’t remember if I had ever felt pain like this before this damned war. And it’s not pain for myself – it’s pain for another person.
I believe this is all deeply unfair.
I live in a country of superhumans. This is not an exaggeration, not chauvinism. I love and respect all my friends scattered across different countries. But I don’t know anyone else who could endure so much pain, so much injustice – and still say: “I was lucky.”
Twitter Therapy.
I hope I have enough strength for a little while longer.

THE REMNANTS OF THE NIGHT
#twittertherapy
A thought crossed my mind:
Fearing death is foolish. It’s inevitable.
But living in constant expectation of death — that’s what truly destroys you.
Our Telegram channels increasingly post instructions: how to survive under rubble. What to do and what not to do.
And all of that — late at night.
“If you get buried” has become as common as “if it rains.”
But we are tired.
Last night, I slept through part of the shelling.
Yes, despite the loud explosions.
In my dream, I was reassuring myself that it was just air defense at work.
Even when the acrid smell of burning came through the window, I told myself, “Someone’s just baking potatoes.”
I invented excuse after excuse, just to stay in bed. Just to remain in the illusion that life was still normal.
We are tired.
And in the morning, it hit me — the scale of the damage. And the realization of what could’ve happened.
If the fire had been closer. If the smoke had been sharper.
I might not be writing this now.
I might not be speaking to you at all.
Fearing death is foolish. But living under its shadow, listening to its footsteps behind the wall — that is unbearable.
Falling asleep under explosions is not weakness. It’s the limit.
It’s the moment your mind says:
“You can’t be afraid anymore. I’ll give you a dream. Sleep.”
And you listen.
Because your body still needs rest, even when the world demands fear.
“The neighbors are baking potatoes.”
It’s not a lie.
It’s a prayer in the language of peacetime.
You made it through another night.
Not because it wasn’t terrifying, but because it’s been terrifying for too long.
And now you are alive. And writing. And that — is already a form of victory.
As long as you write, someone will hear you.
And that means it’s not for nothing.

Want to live longer? 👴 Ditch the kale smoothies and start arguing with strangers on Twitter! 🤣 Stress might kill you, but at least you'll die with a six-pack from all the laughing. 😂 Tag @elonmusk if you agree! #Healthspan #TwitterTherapy\\Or, try this: replace your morning coffee with a shot of pickle juice. 🥒 It's so disgusting, your body will fight to stay alive out of pure spite. 😈 #PicklePower #LongevityHacks\\Another option: adopt a cat, then develop a severe allergy. 😼 Your immune system will be so busy fighting the dander, it won't have time to notice you're aging. 🤧 @TrulyADog would hate this! #CatAllergy #Immortal

I’m like an album every song on it is a jam. Different vibe moods, some I like more than others, but all have their own meaning & reason.🫶🏻My son is truly amazing to me, I don’t always see it bc he annoys me. #TwitterTherapy
I hate when something hurts my child I can’t ever make better.🥺Especially when I know firsthand what “Dad issues” do to you. Waking up to this from my oldest keeps creeping back in with a knife to my heart. #TwitterTherapy

4 weeks into sertraline and it’s not changed my life but the kids think I’m ‘less flappy and panicky’. However had a really stressful night at work so I really could do with it helping when the stress increases 😩. Hanging in there #twittertherapy
@vxytri Mastering the art of keeping it cool in public venting on Twitter and finding serenity in private. Life's too short for stress but a good tweet can work wonders. 😌📱 #TwitterTherapy #InnerPeace
🌟 Here's the scoop on why I'm here:
It may sound a bit quirky, but this platform is my haven for sharing my genuine emotions. 😌 As a recruiter, I've always had to suppress my negative vibes, so I'm taking a breather from that! 🚀 #Authenticity #TwitterTherapy
I WFH & I put on or take off my socks 10X/day. Feet get too warm at my desk - socks off. Want to go to the kitchen for a drink - socks back on because that is hardwood & even tho I sweep often, someone may have spilled crumbs & I just can't risk it.

I will add my two cents to what everyone on #TwitterTherapy is up in arms about.
I have often had patients teach me the most amazing things with their insights. I have wanted to highlight them and talk about them that very day.
I don't. It costs nothing to sit on something you learned about life as a therapist and work it through until you can offer it in a format that isn't about the patient or a specific scenario at all.
Also, as therapists, we don't give advice. We reflect back, we paraphrase, we ask questions, and we explore. A patient describing a difficult exchanve would could benefit from a therapist simply replying, "That sounds painful," or "What were you hoping to hear?"
I do my Mental Health Reminders of the Day, but they are not therapy. They are offerings of what I have learned about how brains work and human nature. Twitter is not therapy.
This week in therapy ⬇️
Patient: I told my adult daughter I’m sorry & I did my best raising her, but that doesn’t seem to satisfy her.
Me: Maybe try, “I didn’t understand what you needed. What can I do better now?”

A sequence of events which has continued to confound me well into my adult life. What was I thinking? Love #TwitterTherapy, thanks for letting me lay down on your couch for a sec. 🛋️🙏🕊️
I left the UEFA Orphanage as an angry man with a heart of ice
LennonBall turned me into an emotionless robot, numb to the world
Ange brought me back to life, and showed me how to feel again
My colleague crush opened a new dimension
Some personal growth? 🤔 #TwitterTherapy
Twitter has become my virtual therapy couch, where I can freely unload my thoughts and express myself one tweet at a time! It's a place where my mind finds solace and my voice can roam free. Time to let the tweets be my therapeutic confidants!😅🗣️ #TwitterTherapy #VoicesUnleashed
