I actually felt more at ease during TID fellowship because I could finally focus on what I liked most about ID. But, having a comfortable place at work to do my research with access to the resources I needed helped immensely

My TID research was continuation of a general ID project that I morphed into a feasible QI project. My mentor was able to identify helpful ppl in BMT to help w/implementation and bc of my motivation/interest I got it done

Put that in your calendar as a reminder and an opportunity to limit distractions. Open time quickly gets filled by others tasks/people. #TxIDChat
