After Mulgrew's long report, extra speakers, LeRoy's report, a brief question period - there were 15 minutes left.
Mulgrew quashed a delegate trying to extend - then weaponized the automatic adjournment to cut off the meeting and all debate.

Listening to Mulgrew discuss Medicare Advantage Plus (Mulgrew Care) at the #UFT #UFTDelegateAssembly - he seems to have rewritten history, omitting the UFT leadership’s role in developing this fiasco. We want healthcare for all. Mulgrew is wrong.

I already know it, but it's so disheartening to hear @UFT President Michael Mulgrew express adamant opposition to a single payer healthcare system.
We need hospitals, clinics. We need nurses, doctors.
