A total of 83 new non-#emoji characters—and one new script, Toto—have thus far been accepted at #UTC161 from the following proposals: L2/19-264 (1), L2/19-288R (2), L2/19-306 (39), L2/19-313 (1), L2/19-318 (2), L2/19-319 (2), L2/19-330 (31), L2/19-339 (2) & L2/19-340 (3).
