@Uber Ordered an @Uber because feeling sick which would have been a 10 min ride, wasn’t even notified it was cancelled after waiting 15 mins, still had to take 45 min bus ride! How are you better than a taxi?? #Uberdisappointment #Vancouver

@UberUK your drive's are a fucking joke. Ordered the uber and said driver confirms, he was 2 min away from me. I waited 10 min and he didn't come. I cancelled, of course, and got charged. It is a fucking joke! There's was no traffic at ALL. #Uberdisappointment
