@uber I have been traveling on the same route for past 5 months regularly by Uber. Today morning I booked the cab with the usual charge & at the trip end I was asked double the amount. This is next nevel harrasment & there is no way to complaint #UberCab #India #UnfairCharge

@bookingcom @bookingcomPA Despite cancelling within the rules AND immediately booking a replacement hotel through the same platform that same evening, I was still charged. No courtesy. No clarity. Just a disputed charge that remains unresolved. #UnfairCharge #Bookingcom #CustomerExperience
