Hey @Uber @Uber_Support, your driver scammed us. He promised to take us to a "better spot" at no cost, so I left a huge tip. Instead, he drove further and your app charged me DOUBLE for the extra distance! Your support chat is stonewalling. Fix this. #UberScam #UberFail
@Uber @Uber_Support Your driver went to the WRONG address. Support’s only solution? Wait 6-12 hours for an email. I’m missing a 3PM tow appointment because of this. Unacceptable. DM me NOW. #UberFail #Customer
@Raise4Rights @UberIN_Support @Uber_India Absolutely unacceptable @Uber_India @UberIN_Support No call support, no resolution just delays after such a serious issue. This kind of pathetic service is intolerable. Stop ignoring and take immediate action against the driver! #UberFail #CustomerRights
@FootballChunk @UberIN_Support @Uber_Support @Uber Absolutely unacceptable @UberIN_Support. If details are already shared, stop delaying with scripted replies and take real action. Overcharging is a fraud, refund the amount immediately and hold the driver accountable. #UberFail #CustomerRights
Missed my international flight due to Uber driver negligence in Bengaluru.
Loss: ₹41,900 for rebooking + no-show + 10 hrs wait.
Uber suggested insurance instead of accountability!
Is this fair? @Uber_India @UberIN_Support @Uber

UPDATE: @Uber has sent me the SAME automated reply twice now—after a driver abandoned us in the middle of the road.
They "understand" and "take it seriously," but refuse to refund a ride that was never finished.
If your safety isn't worth a refund, what is? #Uber #UberFail #AutomatedIndifference
This is scripted, bot-run support. No human actually read what happened.
Do better, @Uber_Support Or riders will trust you less and less.
Booked @Uber weeks in advance for our intl arrival. Booked UberXXL. Driver canceled before we even got our bags.
💸 Paid 60% more for a new ride
❌ Hit with $40 cancellation fee
This is unacceptable!
@Uber_Support, please address this.

@Uber_Sopport @mothernidades @Uber_MEX UNBELIEVABLE! @Uber customer care just told me to pay my debt FIRST despite my iPhone being STOLEN during an Uber trip! No empathy, no understanding. I'm forced to go public with this. Is this how @Uber treats its drivers? #UberFail #CustomerService
@Uber_MEX @Uber_Support #UberFail
disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮#uberFail https://
