@WCTravelOrg @Uber Hahahahaha, even in cities where #UberWAV is supposedly available, it really isn't, the @Uber app will keep you waiting forever for something that will never show up. I've tried the wheelchair service in 2 countries now. Terrible! #ADA #EqualAccessEverywhere

@Uber_Support I do. I have reached out to you each time I’ve experienced issues with #UberWAV, and while refunds are nice, I need this stuff not to happen to begin with. Every single time I’ve brought up the systemic issues in-app or via email, none of the customer support has said anything

I just had to cancel another doctor’s appointment because Metro Access is late for the millionth time. Plan B was Uber but there are no Uber Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles #UberWAV accepting rides in my area. #distewmuch

In yet another #uberWAV misadventure, a WAV takes 20 minutes to get to me, only to realize that I am a wheelchair user upon his arrival. He tells me to cancel the ride and request another because his ramp is broken. He calls his dispatcher for me and the dispatcher explains (1)
