UPDATE: @Uber has sent me the SAME automated reply twice now—after a driver abandoned us in the middle of the road. They "understand" and "take it seriously," but refuse to refund a ride that was never finished. If your safety isn't worth a refund, what is? #Uber #UberFail #AutomatedIndifference This is scripted, bot-run support. No human actually read what happened. Do better, @Uber_Support Or riders will trust you less and less.

@UberEats failed tonight. Original order was supposed to be here any 7:10pm then it got bumped to 8 due to their issue with delivery not the restaurant. The order is ready and now I’ll get cold food. Their support team was no help #uber #uberfail #ubereats
