#UFBL #Unitedfoodbrands was at Rs179, when I wrote detailed note in Jan-2026 after it reported +ve SSSG after a very long time..
Since then its growth has accelerated to strong >20% SSSG and stock price has run-up 4.5x in just 7 months
On Valuations it was trading at 0.5x EV/Sales in Jan-26 and now at 800+ it is trading at 2x EV/Sales
Now there is renewed interest in QSR's as almost all players have reported good SSSG and have given good commentary for qtrs to come
While I was expecting #UFBL to go to 2x EV/Sales, but not this fast (7 months). And now due to renewed sectoral interest, 2.5x-3x Sales cannot be ruled out..
which translates to a 4 digit stock price
So not in a hurry to sell the best performing QSR stock!

Management Guidance and Outlook
โ Same-Store Sales Growth (SSSG): Management expects the exceptionally high SSSG seen in Q1 to moderate as the year progresses.
