One of the major challenges with NFT and its corresponding infrastructure, REDT, is the liquidity depletion caused by the granularity of individual assets being too large. There is no way to minimize user entry barriers through infinite subdivision, ultimately resulting in a hard cap effect due to insufficient buyers (an excessively low price ceiling).Traditional solutions include issuing FT for NFT or fragmenting NFT. These regulatory measures rely on centralized entities and ignore community decision-making. In most cases, it dilutes the shares of existing investors and fails to fundamentally address the inherent limitations of the assets.FT assets, being overly focused on financial attributes, make the assets themselves highly homogenized, lacking cultural attributes of diversity and variety in consumption and commodity properties. Since our enthusiasm for NFT began, we have been pondering how to solve this problem.To address this issue and unlock higher FDV for NFT collections, our development team, after a thorough study of the intrinsic characteristics of various assets within the community, decided to propose an NFT+FT asset protocol that is 'individually splittable and bi-directionally convertible.' This is what we call the REDT (Redirection Token) protocol.REDT simultaneously possessing NFT and FT, with a fixed exchange rate between NFT and FT, creating mutual 'homogenization.' For example, in a 10K PFP collection 'Dan' adopting the REDT protocol, the avatar of any 'Dan' can be converted into 10,000 $REDT at any time.Interestingly, regardless of which 'Dan' avatar is split, the resulting REDT can be transformed into any 'Dan NFT avatar temporarily converted into REDT' as long as it reaches 10,000 tokens.
