Lookdev Volumetrics 01 I spent some time researching the differences between Mantra and Karma, and I definitely prefer Karma. But then I spent a little time playing around with Eddy, and I think Eddy is super fast and looks amazing too. Now I'm confused and don't know which one to choose. All of these simulations were done in Houdini Pyro, and all three renders were done using the same batch of VDB files. I tried my best to match the lighting but didn't transfer it exactly. Also, Eddy requires exporting a DeepEXR to be composited in Nuke. @weta_digital @sidefx #sidefxhoudini #houdini #cgi #mantra #karma #EddyForNuke #3d #art #cgart #render #fluid #animation
