@CaraLisette I’ve read children as young as 12 be quasi-diagnosed by entirely Unregulated “experts” 🤡 in Family Court- that they are “At High Risk of developing Bipolar Disorder…” This is what @UKHouseofLords and @LDNVictimsComm @baronessnewlove need to know about #UnregulatedExperts

And we must demand that the Legal Aid Agency release the figures of spend for a variety of aspects- How much is being spent on P25 experts? how much on regulated experts? How much on #UnregulatedExperts ? How much on ToR cases? How much on Child Removal cases? Trends show faults

#PiquisLaw SB331 was signed into law by @GavinNewsom this evening! The new CA law will severely limit #familycourts from ordering unregulated, unsafe “reunification” treatments predicated on cutting off children from @safe_parents and bans forcibly transporting children.

Understand the need for a deg of flexibility… but it also presents danger while dishonest individuals are running riot in FC.

Audits of past cases would reveal the absolute corruption going on.

Some #unregulatedexperts are advertising reunification therapy. This is similar to conversion therapy. They intensively work on getting the child to retract abuse allegations and settle with their alleged perpetrator. It is barbaric and is going on in this country too. Ban it!
