Today I learned that you can be age 74, in hospital, have two brain surgeries in 4 days, about to start radiotherapy, have poor mobility & cognition & a discharge co-ordinator will decide you need no home help without laying eyes on you. #UnsafeDischarge

In Dec. of 2015, my mom was abused by a Kern County hospital. 2 days after being taken off a ventilator, my mom had a psychotic episode. 2 weak 2 walk, the hospital wheeled her to a taxi cab, against my wishes. She could have died. #Film #HospitalAbuse #Ableism #UnsafeDischarge

Mum had altercation in care home with a male patient. She has a severe head injury with a large bleed on the brain and is critical. Police have launched full investigation. Care home was not qualified to meet my mums complex needs, should never have been there! #unsafedischarge

@DailyMailUK Ross hospital Herefordshire placed my mum on DNR b4 transferring her without my permission to a care home! DNR STATES DO NOT TRANSFER TO HOSPITAL IF CONTRACTS COVID 19 do not resuscitate! Why are you not reporting this mass genocide!! How is this ethical!!

@royalhospital Mum discharged this morning on the "best" discharge offered for elderly. 100% guarantee assessment at home within an hour of getting home. 2 hrs later we are still waiting #unsafedischarge #nothappy
