In Egypt New Administrative Capital CBD project, the team designed the façades decorations in an innovative way to block sunlight on a wide scale. They also refined the structure and support systems according to different orientations, ensuring full benefit from Egypt’s abundant natural light while maintaining shading and reducing energy consumption in the building façades.
Looking ahead, the CSCEC Egypt team will continue to develop innovative and green construction methods, helping sustainability take root in the heart of the desert!

Recently, the Second Egypt–China Sustainable Building and Construction Forum was successfully held in Cairo, organized by CSCEC Group and CSCEC Egypt. The forum brought together senior officials and experts, including representatives from Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), and Cairo University, to engage and discuss a number of key topics, including “smart cities, green development, and smart construction.”✨
During the forum, CSCEC Egypt shared its latest achievements in green building, smart construction, and super high-rise technologies. #UpWeBuild The design and implementation of low current systems at Egypt's New Capital CBD project was never a "solo effort." 💪
🌞Throughout the project, Josef Samir, a low-current engineer, and Joe Young, the team leader, worked hand in hand. Together, they were responsible for designing and planning security systems and communication networks, including CCTV cameras, access control, fire alarm systems, and cabling infrastructure. At the outset, several gaps emerged in organizing cable routes and connection points, due to differences in language and professional backgrounds. However, Josef and Joe chose to embrace learning and mutual understanding. 🔥Gradually, every line drawn on the project blueprints became a shared "language of communication." Through continuous practice, they succeeded in balancing Josef's local experience with Joe's methodical thinking. ✍️💡

During the visit, the students explored the tourist walkway, modern office buildings, the steel structure bridge between the twin towers, and the 74th floor of the Iconic Tower, which offers a panoramic view of the entire New Administrative Capital. They gained insights into the project's implementation stages and the rapid transformation underway in the city. 😎

On June 14, a delegation from Shandong Normal University visited the New Administrative Capital CBD project, undertaken by CSCEC Egypt. The visit aimed to gain insight into the project’s construction progress, exchange expertise with Egyptian professionals, and enhance cooperation between universities and enterprises. 📐
The delegation toured the 74th floor of the Iconic Tower, which overlooks the core area of the CBD, and witnessed the fast-paced urban development underway.
