My honest belief is that if you give folks an amazing set of cool tech to work on and empower them to do it right, leveraging Open Source and #UpstreamFirst as a philosophy then you can climb mountains together.
Or put another way, small group can handle the entire Royal Navy ๐ดโโ ๏ธ
Much of our work will be fully Open Source. For example, application firmware (UEFI) will be fully upstream, as will all Linux kernel and toolchain work. Even our embedded control systems will run Zephyr. If you want to work on a server platform done right, consider pinging us!

Build more generic tools upstream, your patches are custom, rigid and can't benefit from improvements from the community. Your scaling problems are not unique.
