A new challenge tonight for me whilst being a guide runner for a local VI gentleman - we did hill reps running with a tether, including 3 reps backwards in the dark! #VIrunning #NHS1000Miles #ThisGirlCan #GuideRunner

We will run again next Tuesday night too as he only started 4 weeks ago but it has given him such freedom & a great lift so has booked a 10k for April & half in July #VIrunning
I started running in Jan after my daughters were both registered severely sight impaired last Oct, last night I was able to help another VI gentleman do his 1st ever run on hills (& in the dark) we ran 5k using a tether & the joy of achieving this was huge for us both #VIrunning
