In the face of tragedy, why is the immediate reaction to spew hate instead of thinking of the victim? When a life is lost, empathy for the victim should come first, not divisive rhetoric about ethnicity. #VictimFocus #Empathy #StopHate #Community #Reflection #Humanity

Alongside this, as someone who experienced a traumatic birth in 2016, I’m supporting harmed families voluntarily at my own & my family’s expense… at every turn we face grifters trying to profit financially from victims. Reputation management. Self-promotion. Foul. #VictimFocus

As a FT #PhD student receiving an ESRC stipend I’m on less than the minimum wage yet not entitled to access the 30 hours childcare benefit due to receiving said stipend. Nursery fees are £82 a day. Make it make sense… #ParentingGap #ChildcareCrisis @fivanmierlo

@DrJessTaylor conference today. Digging deep into victim blaming - there are millions of abusers in the world but we continue to blame victims due to various myths, societal beliefs and defence mechanisms. #victimfocus #letsdobetter
