@robsmithonline About 1.03 million, according to the Guttmacher Institute's estimate. Guttmacher originally estimated 1,026,700 abortions in 2023, and a later revision put it at 1,037,000. The #WeCount project came in a bit higher, at about 1.05 million.
@Therealrobx @eMTBrides US 2024:

"In the United States, an estimated 1,126,000 to 1,126,760 clinician-provided abortions took place in 2025, according to data from the Guttmacher Institute and the Society of Family Planning's #WeCount report. [1, 2, 3]
CONFLICTING NUMBERS. ONE SIMPLE QUESTION.
Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s June 24 social media post reported 11,512 abortions in New Mexico during 2024.
Yet other publicly available estimates reported:
▪️ 18,600 — Society of Family Planning’s #WeCount Project (reported by the Santa Fe New Mexican)
▪️ Up to 18,130 — Guttmacher Institute’s Monthly Abortion Provision Study
Different methodologies have produced different estimates—but that’s exactly the problem.
Without universal, mandatory state abortion reporting, New Mexicans are left comparing competing estimates instead of relying on one transparent public reporting system.

We invite New Mexico’s media to ask @GovMLG a simple question: What is the source of the 11,512 abortion figure cited in her June 24 post, and why does it differ from other publicly available estimates? #nmpol

She extensively quoted me in her @ChristianPost article about the new #WeCount abortion figures. They show that over 1.1 millon abortions took place in the U.S. in 2025.

The #WeCount project estimates 1.13 million abortions took place in the U.S. in 2025, with telehealth driving the post-Dobbs increase. #WeCount #Abortion #TelehealthAbortion #ProLife #ChristianPost

I am on @NRO.
New data from the #WeCount project of @SocietyFP shows 1,126,760 abortions took place in 2025.
This is a 1.6 percent increase from the previous year.

The latest #WeCount data reinforces just how critical telehealth and shield law providers are in ensuring that folks who need abortion meds, especially in ban states, can get the care they need: https://t.co/4mvRDac1g8
Facts are real. The left hates facts that don't support their agenda and picks and chooses the facts they like. Here's a number they ignore - The Society for Family Planning’s #WeCount project reports 591,770 ABORTIONS delivered within the U.S. health-care system from January through June 2025. But they focus on less than 100 child firearm deaths for a WHOLE year...
REMINDER: The latest #WeCount data shows that 1 in 4 abortions are provided via telehealth. Anti-abortion opponents’ desperate attempts to restrict this safe method of care aren’t about safety. It’s about control.

REMINDER: The latest #WeCount data shows that 1 in 4 abortions are provided via telehealth. We’re defending #MifeInAll50 because everyone should be able to get the care they need. https://t.co/d9MSSnwiuP
This article should emphasize the success of reproductive autonomy, not macroeconomic fallouts. Thanks for your voices, Karen Guzzo and Martha Bailey. One key datapoint is missing, though. More women are having abortions (Cite @SocietyFP's #WeCount).

According to the most recent comprehensive data from the Society of Family Planning’s #WeCount report, there were approximately 1,140,000 abortions in the United States in 2024. This figure includes clinician-provided abortions (both in-person and telehealth), with telehealth accounting for an increasing share (reaching 1 in 4 by the end of the year).
The monthly average was about 95,000 abortions.
Women are pure evil.
Evil Murderers of the unborn will never be happy, like Satan himself:
'Data from the Society of Family Planning’s #WeCount project shows that the monthly average number of abortions rose from 95,300 in 2024 to about 98,800 in the first half of 2025. There were more than 590,000 abortions from January to June 2025.'
The Abortion Pill through TeleHealth comes in the mail. These evil cretins don't ever have to get off the couch... & they're bitching!
They will all rot in Hell.
Abortion bans cause immense harm, but how people get abortion care is evolving.
Medication abortion through telehealth now accounts for 27% of all abortion care, and nearly all abortion care in states with bans. #WeCount

The latest #WeCount data confirms it:
Chemical abortions are fueling the rise in abortion nationwide.
Pills by mail are replacing clinics — and putting women and babies at risk. https://t.co/id0u1XsSob

Telehealth abortions weaken post-Dobbs pro-life laws!
