Our buoy was there: Station 41044 (330nm NE Saint-Martin) was directly in the center of Tropical Storm Cindy before it dissipated. Those air pressure and wind speed drops are from the center passing over! You can also see the wind direction change. #WeatherObs #InSitu #MarineData

What a catch! The buoy camera on the Grays Reef Buoy (41008) located off the Georgia coast got a great look a shelf cloud ahead of a line of severe t-storms.
The buoy reported a gust to 47 kt (54 mph) as these storms moved overhead. @databuoycenter @GraysReefNMS #gawx #savwx
