#DREW TODAY 3PM, would you lie to get your big break? You've got to hear @JASONMOMOA_TH describe what he did to get where he is on #NBC12. Then, your most accurate #Weatherrate forecast #FirstCoastNews #OnYourSide.
Most impactful rain is shifting east, so light rain will slowly wind down by 9am. After that we will see lots of clouds. Forecast updats start at 4:30am on @NBCConnecticut Most accurate certified by #WeatherRate
For the record Paul, #WeatherRate is not "pay to play", but to his point, you can't "win" without paying. I mean you could, but you couldn't promote it. It's really a savvy business model. https://t.co/JGyviPdxpT
@JeremyKappell My point was the professor over there was flat out wrong in his assumption.
That's not the case. In almost every market I've worked in #WeatherRate stirs up controversy and it all stems from $$$ and methods. If you don't pay, you can't win. Hmmm, how does that work exactly? And they NEVER show you the results. Am I a bad guy for asky why not?? https://t.co/1OAyPTtutI
@JeremyKappell Quick Google search would’ve yielded answers to those questions. If you want to argue releasing everything, fine. But let’s call a spade a spade... your tweet was intended to discredit 8’s win with viewers. Disappointing to see that in local news in ROC which is usually friendly
I'm sorry Sue, this has NOTHING to do with the good folks over at Channel 8. It has everything to do with the legitimacy of #WeatherRate. This isn't the only market they are making money off of... it all comes down to $$$ https://t.co/jIWs9LESUj
Not to take away anything from Stacy, Josh or James, b/c I know they do a good job, but I've always wondered what metrics #WeatherRate uses in determining most accurate team? Weather Rate doesn't publish results, only who they deem "winners". So what exactly are they measuring??? https://t.co/NkdeUX9ZmG
