WeCap is have an amazing few weeks but the question is will it continue? It's all down to WeShop. There is no doubt there are some red risks here, but this little US disruptor may well knock them down one by one. Amazon had to start somewhere.

SEE THROUGH VALUATION NOW 43P/SHARE AFTER WESHOP’S NASDAQ LISTING
Shares in WeShop Holdings, the principal portfolio company of AQSE-listed investment company, WeCap (WCAP PZ) rose sharply on Nasdaq yesterday, closing the day at $200 per share, valuing the company’s Class A Equity at $2.2 billion. WeCap’s overall investment in WeShop equates to 11.8% of the outstanding Class A WeShop shares (WeCap owns 806,022 Class A shares directly and 2,083,333 shares indirectly through its 23.5% holding in CSIL; total Class A shares outstanding at WeShop as of today are 10,937,064). Using yesterday’s closing price, this equates to a see-through equity valuation for WeCap of £189.8 million, or 42.91 pence per share (note here, we are adjusting the value for the £6.965 million Discounted Capital Bond repayable in May 2026).
Below we show a sensitivity table with the effect of different WeShop valuations on the WeCap Net Asset Value. Comparing the potential see-through valuation with the current WeCap share price of 2.7 pence supports our conviction that there is considerable valuation upside at current levels. We continue to recommend investors BUY the stock.

#WCAP looks very intriguing. It's a shame it's on Acquis, but that also means it moves quick in both directions!
Sold down from 1.25p this year. Current market cap extremely low compared to the value of the holding in WeShop, roughly 5x imo.

Based on the most recent fundraise into WeShop, the value of the WeCap holdings in WeShop would be approximately £24.6m.
#WeCap market cap currently only £5m. This value disconnect is why I’m invested.
WeCap plc is pleased to announce that, it has subscribed for a further £900,000 of CLNs in WeShop. This follows the Company's previous subscriptions of £2.85m in the same instrument.
