Made Nasi Ayam (chicken rice). Mine is my 2nd fav (1st mom’s) I cook the chicken twice, in the soup then marinate with soy sauce, turmeric, sugar. The soup I use to cook the rice (+ garlic & spices fried in butter) not my pics #weekendcook
