Well my doctor’s appointment was a bag of mixed emotions. My weight is down, which is great, my other numbers weren’t so great. But the good thing about it is that I left with my motivation higher than ever to keep working out and to get back to eating right. #WeightComingOff

Big accomplishment for me today. When I first started doing @CoreDeForce I couldn't do any of the Power Sculpt workouts. Today I finished Power Sculpt. I had to do several of the moderations but I completed the workout for the first time. #WeightComingOff
