gegen Abdallah Alkhatib wegen #Volksverhetzung (§ 130 StGB) und Bedrohung (§ 241 StGB)
Hiermit erstatte ich Strafanzeige gegen
#AbdallahAlkhatib, syrisch-palästinensischer Regisseur, wohnhaft unbekannt (zu ermitteln über Berlinale-Organisation: Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival oder Produktionsfirma @IssaadFilm),
wegen des Verdachts der Volksverhetzung gemäß § 130 Abs. 1 und Abs. 2 StGB sowie der Bedrohung gemäß § 241 StGB.
Tatzeit und Tatort: 21. Februar 2026, #Berlinale Preisverleihung, Berlinale Palast, Berlin.
Sachverhalt:
Am 21.02.2026 hielt @AbdallahAlkhatib auf der Bühne der @BerlinaleRP (live übertragen) eine Dankesrede zu seinem preisgekrönten Film „Chronicles From the Siege“. Dabei trug er bewusst und demonstrativ eine palästinensische Kufiya (Keffiyeh) nicht wie üblich über beide Schultern, sondern feinsäuberlich drapiert über die rechte Schulter – eine in der palästinensischen Aktivistenszene etablierte, unmissverständliche Bildsprache, die das Symbol „Palästina vom Jordan bis zum Mittelmeer“ („from the river to the sea“) darstellt. Dieses Symbol steht in der Community für die vollständige Eliminierung des Staates Israel und aller seiner jüdischen Bewohner.
In dieser optischen Inszenierung sagte er wörtlich (u. a.):
Die deutsche Bundesregierung sei „Partner des israelischen Genozids in Gaza“.
„We will remember everyone who stood with us, and we will remember everyone who stood against us.“
Er äußerte den Wunsch nach einem „great film festival in the middle of Gaza“ (ohne jegliche Distanzierung von der #Hamas-Regierung im #Gaza-Streifen).
Bis heute (27.02.2026) hat Alkhatib diese Aussagen weder relativiert noch zurückgenommen.
Begründung der Strafbarkeit:
Die Kombination aus der gezielten, nicht zufälligen Kufiya-Drapierung (als Code für eliminatorischen Israelhass) und den Worten stellt einen Angriff auf die Menschenwürde der jüdischen Bevölkerung Israels und ihrer Unterstützer dar (§ 130 StGB). Es wird implizit zur Vernichtung Israels (einschließlich mehr Juden als im Holocaust) aufgerufen und Rache an allen „Freunden Israels“ angedroht. Ich zähle mich selbst zu dieser Gruppe und fühle mich durch die Formulierung „we will remember everyone who stood against us“ konkret bedroht (§ 241 StGB). Die fehlende Distanzierung von der Hamas und der Wunsch nach einem Festival im Hamas-kontrollierten Gaza verstärkt den Willen zur Auslöschung des jüdischen Staates.
Die Aussagen gingen über bloße Kritik hinaus und waren geeignet, den öffentlichen Frieden zu stören, insbesondere auf einer international beachteten Bühne.
