Instead, Al-Julani is not only refusing to deport them—he’s integrating them, granting them citizenship, and promoting their leaders.
The party’s leader, Abu Muhammad, has reportedly been promoted to the rank of brigadier general.
In essence, this sets a precedent that legalizes Al-Qaeda within a specific state—openly and with the full backing of the collective West.
And naturally so—since we’ve previously pointed out that the real military prince of Syria is Seif al-Adel.
This raises several urgent questions:
What is the U.S. position after this open violation?
How will China respond, given that it considers the Turkistan Party a direct terrorist threat to its national security?
Is Al-Julani still being presented in international negotiation halls as the “moderate option”?
What’s happening is not merely the integration of terrorists into state structures.
