@JoVarnish1 Typing. I’ve been writing for almost ten years. I write in the middle of the night and it’s AWESOME! I use the note pad on my iPhone. I’ve got about 30 stories. Maybe 12 are books. The rest are short stories. #WritingSavedMyLife

Having normalcy stolen from me is something that I'm still grieving. I miss who I was before the trauma. #writingsavedmylife because it has shown me that I still have worth, that my story needs to be told, and that who I am is not determined by what I can and cannot do. (4)

15 years ago, I experienced medical trauma as a HS freshman. A routine surgery uncovered a deadly bacterial-infection. My medical team inserted a PICC line, an at-home IV, from my elbow to my <3. I covered it up w/ a tie-dye soccer sock. #writingsavedmylife (a thread)
