The latest excuse has been that the drafters are overwhelmed by the draconian bills #TakaNoVoter
Gvt has failed to honor it's 5 year old promise of a #YouthBill. It has instead focused on laws meant to restrict civic and democratic space like the PVO Bill and the Patriot Bill. It's clear this gvt rates youth issues lower than it's appetite to shut down dissent #TakaNoVoter
