As part of #YoungOnsetDementia awareness day we will be continuing to tour #Yourbrainexplained to young people @Agency_change #Southampton today.
Our play highlights the importance of supporting those living with early onset dementia through the storyline of Charlie & his Aunty.
#Yourbrainexplained is currently touring to 18 schools, colleges & youth groups across Hampshire, spreading awareness of positive brain health to young people.
