@CrossCountryUK what support is offered to disabled passengers who don’t require a wheelchair space? I requested a table seat as I benefit from being able to lean & have a sturdy surface, but am sat in pain for 6 hrs on this journey in a cramped aisle seat next to screaming kids

Anywhere to provide feedback/invite CC to consult the passengers they’re hosting?

Again my question is: how do I make a booking as a disabled customer who has specific access requirements?

@CrossCountryUK It’s an airline aisle seat, which isn’t specified on Trainline booking. I understand table seats are popular, but even a window seat /more leg room would have been much more accessible. Is there a way to reserve this in future? I have a disabled railcard
