Defend Free Speech: TPF under attack Senator Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has made false allegations against The People’s Forum and others. Grassley has called on Trump’s Justice Department to “assess whether The People’s Forum and Code Pink are obligated to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), due to the group’s reported Chinese Communist Party ties.” This is one more effort to abuse government authority to threaten, punish, and suppress based on viewpoint - to target those who express constitutionally-protected views with which the administration and its far-right allies disagree. The allegations of Chinese government funding are not only false but part of a dangerous escalation to crush dissent, target activists, and silence peace and anti-war movements.  This latest attack on The People’s Forum, based on unfounded claims, is part of a broader assault by the Trump administration on democratic rights, which includes the arrest of students protesting the Gaza genocide, the revocation of over a thousand student visas, and intimidation of universities. This campaign also targets immigrant families, public sector workers, and media outlets that criticize the administration, all to undermine essential political rights. The Trump administration and its far-right allies are engaging in a demonization campaign against civil society, designed to caricature and present a false and discredited image of their opponents. The fact that a number of Democratic Party politicians and ‘mainstream’ corporate-owned media outlets have either capitulated to Trump or echoed the Trump talking points has only emboldened right-wing extremist forces who seek to impose a dictatorial hold over American society.  The People’s Forum will persist in opposing the U.S.-supported genocide in Gaza and promoting peace and understanding with China. one of the most astonishingly deranged parts of the debate between genocidal Zionist neo-con Douglas Murray and Dave Smith on Joe Rogan is the part where Murray seriously argues for about 10 minutes that you cannot have a position on any topic unless you have personally seen, with your own eyes, what the topic refers to. He uses this as his killshot "argument" for why Dave Smith's factual position on the genocidal blockade on Gaza, which he cites actual authoritative sources for, is inherently wrong because Dave hasn't personally gone to the Rafah border crossing to see it with his own eyes. Just try to think through the implications of this utterly deranged "argument", that you can't make factual claims about X unless you have personally seen X, especially if X refers not to an object, but the effects of a policy or a system, like a genocidal blockade. It means that no one can make any factual claims about anything except what is directly in front of them at any given moment as that is the only thing that you can immediately personally verify by sight. It is utter fucking lunacy. Of course this also means Murray and every other genocidal Zionist in the Western media and political class can't ever say anything about October 7, because they weren't there to see it with their own eyes. Strangely it doesn't apply to that as they actually constantly fabricate and disseminate atrocity propaganda hoaxes about it to launder the ongoing genocide. If you make this "argument" as part of an essay in high school, you will get a fail. If you ask a 10 year old if they find this plausible, they will point out the obvious derangement of it. And yet here you have a grown adult Zionist saying it in an English accent as a supposedly serious argument in defense of Israel's genocidal blockade of Gaza, and other grown adult Zionist freaks are all pretending it's pure genius. Oh and he makes this "argument" after spending the entire first part of the exchange saying that only historians are allowed to make statements about history, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT PERSONALLY SEEN ANY OF THE THINGS THEY WRITE ABOUT.
