@laurapdtp @DebraClaridge @awakeonasleepin I used to wipe bums and other anatomy and make tea supper breakfast and snacks in between hoovering, washing clothes dishes, polishing activities dispensing medication writing reports had to find time to go to toilet and use it as my break etc etc.

Their job was to make a managerial decision in the night if it was needed. Most sleep ins today carried out by lone workers.
