Ameenpur Lake was declared as a Biodiversity Heritage Site in November 2016 by the Ministry of Environment under the Biological Diversity Act 2002, because of the large number of migratory birds that thrive there.
A real estate company called Aaditri Properties/ Aaditri housing pvt ltd has illegally started construction and excavation activity in Survey numbers: 235 to 247, 251 to 264, 266, 267 of Ameenpur Village, that fall under the downstream of the Ameenpur Biodiversity Heritage Lake and it is in FTL/Buffer zone of thr said lake. Also, randomly I verified few survey numbers and i found on dharani that 260/1 and 265/1 which clearly indicates Govt by-Numbers of Govt assigned land, but inside the details showing ad Patta land so that requires detailed inspection of all survey numbers.
However in Village Map we can clearly see that said survey numbers fall under buffer zone / Waterbody / downstream of the Pedda Cheruvu.
Despite raising multiple complaints regarding earth excavation and construction activity that is being carried out in full swing on the Kingfisher pound area of Ameenpur Biodiversity Heritage Lake by closing all the irrigation outflow channels situated in Survey numbers Survey Nos. 235 to 247, 251 to 264, 266, 267, that falls under FTL/Waterbody and Buffer zone, and the subject land is in conservation zone which cannot be used for any other purpose as per the Law.
Due to the closer of outflow channels and inflow given from Domestic Drainage water and industrial waste water into the Biodiversity Lake it has been flowing through Patta lands in survey No 149 ans 150 causing serious damage to the general Public and their personal Properties.
How can the Govt allow 39 floors with 4 Cellars and 10 towers on the conservation/BufferZone/Waterbody?
This act of the officials is in violation of Hon'ble NGT orders in O.A. 156 of 2016 and O.A No. 192 of 2021, and violation of fundamental rights under Article 21, 51 ag.
There is a clear visible evidance that all 7 irrigation outflow channels were closed and inflow was given from the Industries and Domestic Drainage system into the Ameenpur Biodiversity Heritage Lake.
As per the village map and memories of Lake and backdated Google earth images it clearly shows the kind of irreversibly damage caused to the said lake.
Ameenpur Lake is the first body of water in India to be recognized as a Biodiversity Heritage Site, and it is the first biodiversity site to be approved in an urban area.
Unfortunately, HMDA has allegedly converted buffer zone and Kingfisher lake area that is attached to the Ameenpur Peddacheruvu into residential zone, by colluding with the Real estate mafia and allowed 39 floors with 4 Cellars, otherwise, why NO action on the said company despite multiple complaints?
The real estate company completely filled the said kingfisher lake and carrying out construction activity in the buffer zone by closing the irrigation outflow channels and planning to lay 100-ft road on top of Tank Bund area and outflow channels.
No action taken on the said real estate company who already sold flats on the name of pre-launch offer, which is a clear violation of RERA Act. Also, the said company has been carrying out construction activity without obtaining necessary permissions from the competent authorities except an irrigation NOC.
Also, industrial waste waters from Coca-Cola, Arabindo Pharma and from other Industries and also Domestic wadte water beings released into the Lake that is resulting in huge chemical Pollution in the lake that is causing death of fishes.
Also, due to the release of industrial and Domestic waste water into the lake, and result of closure of irrigation outflow channels the said waste water being pored into the residential Patta Lands situated in sy no. 148, 149 and 150, Which is a clear violation of fundamental right under Article 21 and constitutional right under Article 300A of the constitution.

హెచ్ఎండిఏ అధికారులతో కుమ్మక్కయి కన్జర్వేషన్ జోన్ లో ఉన్న భూములను రెసిడెన్షియల్ జోన్ గా మార్చుకుంది.
బయోడైవర్సిటీ లేక్ సమీపంలో నిర్మాణాలు చేపట్టాలంటే బయోడైవర్సిటీ బోర్డు పర్యావరణ శాఖ పొల్యూషన్ కంట్రోల్ బోర్డు ఫైర్ సేఫ్టీ అథారిటీ ఎయిర్ ఫోర్స్ అథారిటీ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ ఆఫ్ మైన్స్ అనుమతులు తప్పనిసరి. ఈ అనుమతులు వచ్చాకే రేరా ఫైనల్గా అప్రూవల్ ఇవ్వాలి. కానీ ఇవేవీ పట్టనట్టు ఒక ఇరిగేషన్ ఎన్ఓసి మరియు హెచ్ఎండిఏ టెంపరరీ అప్రూవల్ ప్రకారము రేరా 2023 లో సదురు రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ సంస్థకు అనుమతులు ఇచ్చింది.
జియో గ్రాఫికల్ సర్వే ఆఫ్ ఇండియా గుర్తించబడిన సంస్థతో సాయిల్ టెస్టింగ్ జరిపి ఇంత పెద్ద మొత్తంలో జరుగుతున్న నిర్మాణాలు చేపట్టొచ్చా లేదా అనేది తెలియపరచాలి.
కానీ రాజకీయ అండదండలతో అధికారుల అవినీతితో అనుమతులతో పని లేకుండా విచ్చలవిడిగా నిర్మాణం పనులు కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు.
జీవవైవిద్య చట్టం 2002 ప్రకారం పర్యావరణ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ నవంబర్ 2016లో అమీన్ పూర్ సరస్సును జీవ వైవిధ్య వారసత్వ ప్రదేశంగా ప్రకటించింది. ఎందుకంటే ప్రతి సంవత్సరం అమీన్ పూర్ చెరువులకు విదేశాల నుండి పెద్ద ఎత్తున వివిధ రకాల జాతులకు చెందిన పక్షులు వేరే ప్రదేశాల నుండి వచ్చి కొన్ని నెలల పాటు ఉండి జీవనం సాగిస్తుంటాయి.
అయితే ఇక్కడ కబ్జాదారులు లీడర్లు ఏకమై రాత్రికి రాత్రి వందలాది టిప్పర్లలో చెరువులో మట్టిని నింపడం జరుగుతుంది.
ఫ్లాట్ వచ్చేసి అమ్ముకోవడంతో కబ్జా కోరులు కోట్ల రూపాయలు గడిస్తున్నారు.
రాను రాను వలస పక్షులకు జీవన వైవిధ్యం కరువై అమీన్ పూర్ చెరువులోకి విదేశీ వలస పక్షులు తగ్గిపోయాయి.
పెద్ద పెద్ద బిల్డింగ్ కట్టే తతంగానంత చూస్తున్న సామాన్య ప్రజలు,పక్షుల ప్రేమికులు పక్షుల కిలకిల రాగాలకు దూరమవుతున్నామని ఆగ్రహాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.
బఫర్ జోన్ నిర్మాణాలంటే.. కొనుగోలుదారులకు శాపం*
చెరువు బఫర్ జోన్లో,ఎఫ్టిఎల్ లో పెద్ద పెద్ద బిల్డింగ్స్ నిర్మించడానికి చట్ట ప్రకారం ఎలాంటి అనుమతులు ఇవ్వడం జరగదు.
సంబంధిత అధికారు లంచాలకు కక్కుర్తి పడి నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా అనుమతులు ఇవ్వడం కొనుగోలుదారుల పట్ల శాపంగా మారుతుంది.
డబ్బే లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకొని సదరు నిర్మాణదారుడు ఉద్యోగులకు,మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు,వ్యాపారస్తులకు ప్లాట్లు కొనుగోలుదారులకు అతి తక్కువ ధరకే వస్తుందని అన్యాయం చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.
ఉద్యోగ కాలంలో సంపాదించిన సొమ్ముతో ప్లాట్ కొనుక్కొని ప్రశాంత సమయంలో వారి మోసాలకు కంటిమీద కంటిమీద కునుకు లేకుండా పోతుంది.
అమీన్ పూర్ మున్సిపాలిటీ పరిధిలో భారీ వర్షాలు పడినప్పుడు చెరువులు వంకలు,కాలువలు,పొంగి ఇంట్లో నీరు చేరిన సంఘటనలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయి.
వర్షాకాలంలో కొద్దిపాటి అధిక వర్షపాతం నమోదైతే తూములను మూసివేసిన కారణంగా చెరువు కట్ట కూలిపోయే ప్రమాదం ఉంది తద్వారా చుట్టుపక్కల నివసిస్తున్న వారందరి ప్రాణాలకు ముప్పు వాటిలనుంది, దీనికి ఎవరు బాధ్యత వహించాలి?
ఇది చాలదు అన్నట్టు అమీన్పూర్ మున్సిపాలిటీ ఇరిగేషన్ శాఖ సంయుక్తంగా డొమెస్టిక్ డ్రైనేజీ సిస్టం ఇండస్ట్రియల్ వేస్ట్ వాటర్ ఈ రెండూ కూడా అమీన్పూర్ పెద్ద చెరువులో వదలడం జరుగుతుంది, దీని ద్వారా అమీన్పూర్ పెద్ద చెరువు అత్యంత కాలుష్యంతో నిండిపోయింది దీనికి తోడు కొద్దిపాటి వర్షం తోడైతే చెరువు కట్ట తెగి చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న నివాస గృహాలన్నీ మునిగిపోయే ప్రమాదం ఉంది దయచేసి అధికారులు స్పందించి చెరువుకు సంబంధించిన అన్ని తూములను తక్షణం తెరిపించాలి మరియు అదిత్రీ అనే రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ సంస్థ చేపడుతున్న అక్రమ నిర్మాణాలను తక్షణం నిలిపివేయాలి, హెచ్ఎండి రేరా ఇరిగేషన్ అధికారుల పైన చట్టపరంగా తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలిఅని నేను ఒక బాధ్యతగల పౌరుడిగా, ఒక సామాజిక కార్యకర్తగా, న్యాయవాదిగా డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాను.

I made several complaints against Lakes encroachments including illegal construction by a real estate company called #Aaditri on the FTL/Buffer of Ameenpur Biodiversity Heritage Lake, and an illegal commercial building construction on the FTL/Buffer zone of Shambunikunta Lake in collusion with the Ruling party leaders and the District / State Revenue and Municipal Administration including irrigation Department but all the ruling party leaders and all officials have been mute spectators foe reasons best known to them.
Also, there are other Violations reported earlier but NO action as on today:
1. A real estate called Avanthika built an approach road on the Bandhamkommu cheruvu by closing and diverting irrigation outflow channels, and high raise buildings being constructed on the FTL/Buffer zone despite the NGT orders to stop the said illegal activity.
Another real estate company called Lalitha construction has constructed hundreds of villas on the FTL/Buffer zone of the same Lake despite NGT orders to stop the illegal activity.
2. Stone crusher mining activity being carried out in the FTL/Buffer zone of the Lakdaram Peddacheruvu despite multiple complaints raised by me with evidance.
3. 18 acres of Givt assigned land that also falls under FTL/Buffer zone of Sambikunta Nala was occupied and constructed 355 villas and sold each villas for 1 to 1.5 crore in #Ameenpur I has sent a Notice to the @TelanganaCS under 80 cpc to take appropriate action the corrupt officials who are involved in this illegal activity but no response from past 3 months. #Corruption #Maladministration #Sangareddy
