@lalalalachica @alexbierk @JeffLealPtbo @Vote4KeithRiel @GaryBaldwin705 @PappasTown @LesleyParnell 🧵/5 #DisabilityTwitter can you get an #AccessibleCab when you need one? Call to inquire about a taxi after midnight and let others know whether your municipality has #Accessibility247 and allows #PWD to be #Werewolves or #Vampires! 🧵/5

🧵/3 #Peterborough has a by-law for #Accessibility247 but no one seems to value ensuring that accessibility can be relied upon. Contact your rep at #Ptbo City Hall to let them know we need access to transportation day & night. Speak as a #PWD or an #Ally https://t.co/D5HTPiL7pB

🧵/2 #JaneDoe wanted to make certain no one was stuck at the hospital at 1:30 am because there are no #Accessibility247 cabs in #Ptbo The *exact* same thing happened to me last week. I do not want this same scenario to happen to a third person. https://t.co/uom3vO2IES

🧵/1 Do want to be a #Werewolf but need a #taxi? Whether your boat is at the marina & you went for a drink in downtown #Ptbo or you need a ride home from the ER after midnight, we all deserve #Accessibility247 #AccessibleCabs go beyond inclusion. They can be life/death for #PWD

@Wil_Anderson @joelcreasey @micomfestival Please please please make sure they have captions too, Deaf people like myself enjoy comedians and want to access them - even more so in times like this when we're #selfisolating #quarantine #coronavirus #accessibility247
