I am a Boston-based independent product developer, and I previously found a physical property in desk setups that you can adjust to *tremendously* improve mouse precision and aim consistency in-game.
If you determine the desk height angles that are most optimal for you, and then fine tune your mouse sensitivity settings while using these new angles, your ability to consistently track targets at all ranges in 3D games will skyrocket, regardless of your current potential.
Instructions can be found here...

I believe that PC gamers would love to have a fully developed solution based around this concept. Before that can happen, any interested company would first want verification from a neutral third party that it actually works.
Who should I send this info to that can test it and tell the world whether it is legit or not? Anyone got a YouTube tech guy or an FPS streamer that can put this concept through the paces?
optimal desk height angle +
optimal mouse sensitivity =
spooky good mouse aim

I am a Boston-based independent product developer and I have created an adjustable surface named Aim Tuner that sits underneath your mousepad. Before playing a 2D or 3D game, you calibrate it to optimize your desk setup/mousing surface. Completing this process *tremendously* improves mouse precision and aim consistency in-game.
A few things to know...
- The purpose of the device is to adjust a physical property that was previously not known to influence mouse aim.
- The current proof-of-concept prototype uses no software.
- The first of many patents for the device was just issued.
Please check out the gameplay video at the bottom of this post, captured while testing the barebones Aim Tuner prototype.
How should I get the word out about this new device to measure interest? Should I post longer gameplay videos? Should I ask some streamers to try it out and share their results? Should I ask a few mouse aim tech gurus on YouTube to test the prototype and tell the world whether it is legit or not?
Is there some other way I should go about it? What do you suggest?

(All gameplay is from the same tester, using the same computer and desk setup, with the same sensitivity and settings. The only difference between clips is the use of the Aim Tuner surface.)

Please note that though I hope to have a finished product to market "soon", there is nothing for sale now (and also nothing in the very near future).

Too Long, Didn't Read... I am looking for very specific testers for a mouse aim prototype. If you know someone matching the descriptions below, please send them my way.

I am an independent product developer working on a surface that goes under the mousepad, and which *tremendously* improves mouse tracking accuracy in 3D games. The device is called Aim Tuner and is currently in the prototype phase. Please note that though I hope to have a finished product to market "soon", there is nothing for sale now (and also nothing in the very near future).
The current barebones prototype uses no software. Having said that, I have recently started testing with an existing program that essentially allows for setting very specific and precise sensitivity options in all games, producing values of 10+ decimal places. Used in conjunction with the Aim Tuner device, this allows for finer tuning of mouse accuracy than what would otherwise possible. (Without the device, using this software in this manner does not seem to produce any significant mouse accuracy improvements.) Similar functionality will be built into the future device calibration software.
Once fully developed, the device is expected to take around 10 minutes to calibrate for maximum accuracy benefit. If any major changes are made to your desk setup afterwards, the calibration process would need to be repeated.
I am looking for college esports organizations that are interested in testing the prototype. Once a group has completed a reasonable amount of testing, I would like them to publicly post video of user interaction and feedback about the device, stating conclusively whether or not the principles behind the device actually produce the results described.
If you are a decision maker with an interested college esports org, please DM me.
In addition, I would like to have the device tested by a streamer or content creator matching the following description...
- Already extremely accomplished at both long range and short range mouse tracking in a movement-focused game, such as Apex Legends or Overwatch, and with heroes or weapons that do not use scopes. (Though the device works with all games, the conditions outlined here are by far the best to demonstrate the accuracy improvement that the device produces.)
- Has availability to immediately begin testing, and would be interested in publicly posting gameplay video while going through the very lengthy calibration process.
- Currently has a significant number of subscribers.
If you match this description, please DM me.
Please note that as stated above, the prototype is very barebones...
The prototype currently is composed of a few semi-common office items arranged in a very specific way, adjusted in a very particular fashion. The prototype's only purpose is to fully demonstrate the proof of concept, and the finished product will not look anything like the current prototype. The finished product will also enable finer accuracy tuning than what the prototype currently is able to.
The calibration process for the prototype is manual, lengthy, and involved. I would 100% describe this process as "not fun". During testing, you should be able to prove that the basic principle works in less than an hour. If you intend to dial in the device to its max potential, the entire manual calibration process could a week or more to finish fine tuning. (Yikes!) As previously mentioned, the final product should take about 10 minutes to calibrate.
Here is some example gameplay captured in an Overwatch 2 match this morning while testing the prototype...
