The guidelines state that excess adipose tissue, particularly VAT, is 'at the root' of #CKM syndrome. Given the development of fat-specific targeting agents like #inhibinE and #alk7, sponsors like $arwr and $wve should now work together w/ #FDA to agree on VAT loss as a primary endpoint for pivotal trials.

$wve and $arwr ... put your pens down: if 'CKM' becomes more commonly recognized (AHA is a good start), then specifically reducing excess body fat should be an approvable endpoint for #inhibinE therapeutics.

$wve $arwr important to measure lots of metabolic data in various patient populations to predict what impact #inhibinE and #alk7 knockdown has in a given patient...of course using AI!
