Today I got the opportunity to intubate a patient for the first time as a 4th year med student and did so successfully. It was surprisingly very similar to when I practiced using the mannequin, except that there were now teeth 🦷 #MedTwitter #feelinggood #anesthesiarotation

Love when we get to go to the STAR Center for simulations!!! Today was our Anesthesiology Simulation and it ended with some individual technique practice including mask ventilation, intubation and IV placements! @MedicalCollege #M3Chronicles #AnesthesiaRotation 🫁
