GFS (1) doen er vanmorgen nog weer een schepje boven op vwb de winterse ontwikkelingen met de #arcticoutbreak vanaf de jaarwisseling. Zeer koude luchtmassa's stromen via een vrij directe weg helemaal door tot over de MZ en N-Afrika. ECMWF komt met een andere ontwikkeling, het model laat een apart laag vanaf de regio Groenland in rap tempo via de Britse Eilanden richting WE-Frankrijk koersen (2).
In eerste instantie houdt dat rond de jaarwisseling de veel koudere poollucht net ten noorden en oosten van het land nog wat tegen maar na passage kan via de achterdeur vh systeem ook bij dit model de koude lucht zijn opmars gaan maken. Al met al interessante en winterse ontwikkeling.............
