Problem is not #திமுக_வேணாம்_போடா. Problem is #hindi dominance . Blaming the rival party wont bring the solution. Scrap #article351.
But nowhere it had mentioned to #ImposeHindi over other regional languages. #Article351 includes the phrase "all elements of the composite culture". Language is also an intrgral part of every culture. @narendramodi promote Hindi if your Govt. wants. But #StopHindiInposition.
#Article351 in Part XVII of the #IndianConstitution states that, It shall be the duty of the Union to promote the spread of Hindi language and to develop it so that it may serve as a medium of expression for "all elements of the composite culture" of India.
