Dispatchers are βthe eyes and earsβ that help prioritise jobs and advise units.

We work closely with fire and ambulance at all times of the year and especially at peak times such as Halloween π» and Bonfire Night π where we are often called to the same incidents. We work together to ensure the right response is sent.
