Cristina has a background in coastal engineering and sciences and is currently working at DPE. She recently completed her PhD, focused on the impact of synoptic and large-scale climate processes on sea level variability.

Elise is in her honours year at the @Uni_Newcastle studying submarine geomorphology and tsunami hazards. She loves being in the ocean in any capacity and enjoys spending as much time outside in the sun and salt water as possible.
