@TUIUK thanks for making us board the BY1855 flight in Rome … only to boil us alive. No aircon. No communication from the pilot or crew. No refreshments. This is a health & safety issue and you’re doing nothing about it. Despite requests. #fail #AvoidTUI

@TUIUK Complaints of scams? We have been misssold and trapped by TUI, booked holiday on Saturday via call centre, terms/conditions not covered, tried to cancel in less 24 hours (hotel reviews full of food poisoning), loss all monies. #TrappedbyTUI #TUIComplaints #AvoidTUI

@TUIUK I have sent a formal complaint into in regards to the issues I had on my honeymoon!! As I had items stolen and was assaulted during this trip is there any chance of a response to my complaint??? It’s been over 6 weeks now and nothing!! #badservice #poor
