Folks I rarely do this, but I was promised a deal, when we switched @ATT, 150$/mo for 2 phones + internet. We've paid more THAN DOUBLE THAT and they won't correct it (14hrs on calls). If I'm wrong or they correct it, I'll correct this message. #AvoidATT

AVOID AT&T! Their customer service is simply awful . They cannot unlock my phones despite being paid off and continue to state wait another 24-48 hours. Case has been expedited and still nothing! Going on for two weeks. #avoidatt . #avoidatallcostsat&t . @att @atthelp .

Avoid @ATT at all cost. They lied to me and after paying what they asked me to pay they will not unlock my phone for another 30 days. I will never use them for any service again. @ATTCares #avoidatt

Now am told that I ahve ot upgrade my internet to get the speeds I was paying for, and get charged $10 a month. Plus their system won't complete the order. #AVOIDATT @ATTCares @att This company is a #SCAM and overcharges!
