@wozza_1970 @Hermesparcels Thanks for this. Sent an email now! Absolutely terrible customer service or more accurately a distinct lack of any service for customers to contact them! It seems there are a lot of frustrated customers, which does nothing for their reputation! #AvoidHermes

.@Hermesparcels parcel was apparently delivered at 5.30pm tonight.Below shows a fake signature (I was at work at 5.30pm) & the fact the driver never made it across the road to our house! @ASOS confirmed the signature was done 22 metres from front door! Disgusting! #avoidhermes
