#avoidmakemytrip Had a harrowing experience recently with @makemytrip while booking for my honeymoon(Booking ID: NL2231563501804). We had availed services of #makemytrip for a trip to Budapest which included visa services. We relied on them to provide us a good experience for our honeymoon and thought we were in safe hands. While we were following up on our Visa Status with the #MMT representatives, they categorically mentioned that no update shall be provided until full payment is made from our end. And even when we paid full amount they kept us in dark and prevaricated till the very end & then asked us to handle it ourselves just 2 days before our trip. At last, we had to visit @VFSGlobal where we found out that our visa was refused. The reason for refusal mentioned was “Justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not provided”. We were heartbroken by the news of our trip being cancelled, but that was not the end of it. We were to find out that @makemytrip was to gobble up every last penny we had given for our trip. When we asked for a reason, they simply refused to respond. We tried everything & requested representatives to at least give us a response but MMT stopped reverting on our mail. They shamelessly closed our ticket. Along with the mental trauma we are facing due to @makemytrip mishandling of our case, we have also been deprived of our hard-earned money. We are deeply distressed & need support. @DeepKalraMMT @Rajesh_Magow @yuvarajsri @VipulHUM @makemytripcare @tourismgoi @kishanreddybjp @consaff @PiyushGoyal #bewareofMMT #donotuseMMT

Hi @makemytrip team, I found a bug on your website and Android app regarding #MMTONECARD and reported it to the Bug Bounty Program around 1pm. I didnot receive any mail yet. Eager to hear from you @makemytrip @makemytripcare #makemytrip

It's a bankrupt company....just big promises, no ethics, no customer centricity, they'll charge you extra and make you wait for your money for months together. Then don't reply to your repetitive mails. You become begger for your money you put in their hands. #avoidmakemytrip

@makemytripcare Fedup with the pathetic service! You need to prioritise the requests! Despite several emails & self-portal requests there is no resolution! Would suggest everyone to avoid using MMT services! #AvoidMakeMyTrip #MakeMyTrip ID NN2018552806938 Reference No. 10851461905369728

Beware of @makemytrip. If you miss flight they don’t care to entertain you. If you apply for insurance then they try to jeopardise that as well so that customer don’t get any relief. Avoid this company. #avoidmakemytrip #makemytripcheats
