It's been more than a week and @makemytrip has not resolved my issues. I have tried all possible ways but communication from #MakeMyTrip has been poor. They have an escalation to customer support VP but he seems be not bothered at all. Don't ever use mmt #avoidmmt

@INCIndia Those who booked the Flights from Travel agency like @makemytrip @goibibo etc then refund will be in credit shell which is useless. If you booked directly from airline website like indigo, spicejet etc then direct refund. #AvoidTravelPortalAgencies #AvoidMMT #BoycottMakeMyTrip
